KALABAHI, metroalor.com- Demonstrasi Alor Corruption Wathc (ACW) kembali minta kejelasan atas Laporan kasus dugaan korupsi yang sudah dilaporkan ke Aprat Penegak Hukum (APH) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Alor yang telah flowup kurang lebih dua kali namun belum ada jawaban Padahal kasus tersebut sudah dilaporkan ke kejaksaan dari tahun 2020.
ACW kembali turun aksi semata-mata menyoroti berbagai persoalan terkait dugaan kasus korupsi dan nepotisme yang terjadi di Kabupaten Alor.
Tuntutan tersebut disampaikan dalam aksi demo ACW di depan Kantor Kejari Alor, pada Kamis, 04/1/24. Tuntutan tersebut disuarakan para pendemo secara bergantian oleh aktivis yang tergabung dalam ACW.
Aldi Moy dalam orasinya menyebut pekerjaan Hot mix jalur jalan Baranusa ke Latuna yang dianggarkan melalui Dana APBN I itu dikerjakan tidak sesuai aturan.
Aldi mengatakan, ACW telah membantu memberikan data untuk kelancaran kerja-kerja Kejari Alor. Karena itu ,Kami berharap Laporan dari ACW jangan berulang tahun lagi ditahun ini.
Menurut Rian Martin, Alor yang dijuluki Surga di Timur Matahari, namun kebahagiaan tersebut hanya dinikmati oleh pejabat-pejabat yang tidak punya etika dan hati nurani.
Misalnya , kasus Bumdes, Pengrusakan Hutan Mangrove dan SPPD Fiktif sudah dilaporkan di Kejari Alor .
Kasus pengadaan mobil BUMDES setelah satu tahun baru ditetapkan satu orang tersangka.Sebab itu Kami minta Kejari Alor harus profesional dalam penanganan kasus-kasus dugaan korupsi di Alor, jelas Rian.
Lanjutnya, kata Rian, beredarnya foto dimedia sosial (FB) belum lama ini terlihat oknum staf Kajari Alor dan salah seorang PPK bersama kontraktor duduk santai sambil minum kopi. Hal tersebut sudah menjadi perbincangan publik , maka harus di klarifikasi.
Sebelumnya para jurnalis yang sementara jalankan tugas peliputannya dilarang meliput Audiens antara Acw dan kejaksaan yang berlangsung di ruang kejaksaan yang dipimpin Kepala Seksi Intelijen (Kasi Intel) Zakaria Sulistiono, S.H, didampingi Kasi Barang Bukti (BB) Kejari Alor, Imam Roesli, S.H.,
Namun pada akhirnya tiga orang kuli tinta tersebut diijinkan untuk masuk dalam ruang audiens yakni,

Kasi Intel Kejari Alor Zakaria Sulistiono, S.H., yang dihubungi media ini melalui nomor WhatsApp pada Selasa, 09/01 menyampaikan, beberapa kasus yang ditanyakan oleh ACW telah kami jawab. Sementara terkait Mangrove merupakan ranah Penyidik Kepolisian karena merupakan dugaan Tindak Pidana Umum.
Sedangkan terkait laporan proyek Irigasi Kelaisi sudah ditindaklanjuti Kejari Alor dengan melakukan Puldata Pulbaket, kesimpulannya di lokasi tersebut tejadi seroja sehingga hasil pekerjaan irigasi sudah berubah, dan ada pembayaran denda keterlambatan dari pihak kontraktor, ungkap Zakaria,
Namun kata Zakaria, Apabila terdapat laporan dengan data dukung baru masih bisa kita tindaklanjuti. Terkait laporan lainnya yg disampaikan ACW pada aksi tersebut, Pihak Kejaksaan belum menerima laporan secara resmi, sehingga pada intinya pihak kejaksaan mengucapkan terimakasih pada masyarakat yang senantiasa mengawasi dan mengawal Penegakan Hukum di kabupaten Alor,
Ia juga berharap masyarakat lebih kritis dalam membuat laporan pengaduan yang disertai dengan data dukung yang valid, tidak semata subjektifitas. Aksi unjuk rasa boleh tapi didasari oleh kajian yang baik, pungkasnya.
Dalam tuntutan tertulis yang diserahkan ke Kejari Alor menyebutkan , Pertama, Mempertanyaakan sekaligus mendesak kejaksaan sejauh mana laporan ACW Terkait Pengrusakkan Mangrove, Pembangunan Irigasi Kelaisi, Pekerjaan jalan Joe Manetwati dan Pengerjaan Rabat jalan Maiwal- Buraga tertanggal 10 Februari 2022.
Kedua: Mendesak Kepala Kejari Kalabahi untuk mencari dan menangkap pelaku utama atau lain yang diduga ikut terlibat juga dalam kasus pengadaan mobil Bumdes.
Ketiga: Meminta kejari kalabahi untuk menginvestigasi pekerjaan SPAM kokar di Kelurahan Adang, Kecamatan ABAL yang bersumber dari anggaran DAK sebesar 1,3 miliar rupiah yang di duga kontruksi pekerjaan sipilnya terkait recefois tidak sesuai spek karena mengalami retak, bocor dan juga diduga semua item pekerjaan tidak sesuai spek RAB.
Keempat: ACW pertanyakan dan meminta penjelasan dari Kejari kalabahi tentang hasil laporan masyarakat desa allumang tertanggal 28 April 2022 terkait kasus korupsi Dana Desa Allumang tahun 2021-2022. Kelima: Mendesak kejaksaan negeri kalabahi untuk memanggil dan memeriksa kepala BLHD Kabupaten Alor pada masa itu yang diduga telah memberikan ijin/rekomendasi untuk Penggusuran dan Penebangan mangrove di wilayah Kelurahan Welai Timur, dan juga memanggil dan memeriksa Kadis PUPR Alor yang diduga telah menggunakan alat berat Eksavator milik Dinas PU untuk kegiatan Penggusuran dan Penebangan Mangrove.(Wanka)
