Jakarta, metroalor.com- Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) meluncurkan aplikasi iDebKu dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat luas, meningkatkan kemudahan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi debitur, dan dapat dilakukan secara terpadu dan terintegrasi antara Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Regional/Kantor OJK (KR/KOJK) di dalam satu aplikasi.Demikian siaran pers OJK yang disampaikan kepada media pada 8/11/22.
Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Perbankan Dian Ediana Rae meresmikan penggunaan aplikasi iDebKu didampingi oleh Deputi Komisioner Pengawas Perbankan I Teguh Supangkat, dan Deputi Komisioner Sistem Informasi dan Keuangan I. B. Aditya Jayaantara serta disaksikan oleh jajaran Pejabat dan pegawai OJK di Kantor OJK, Jakarta, Selasa 8/11/22.
Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Perbankan Dian Ediana Rae dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan (SLIK) merupakan sistem informasi yang pengelolaannya di bawah tanggung jawab OJK yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan tugas pengawasan dan layanan informasi di bidang keuangan.
“SLIK merupakan salah satu upaya OJK untuk menjadikan sistem keuangan di Indonesia lebih berintegritas, dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat luas sehingga mendapat manfaat dan lebih percaya kepada industri keuangan Indonesia, serta sebagai bagian dari perlindungan konsumen,” kata Dian Ediana.
SLIK menyimpan informasi debitur atau biasa juga disebut “iDeb” yang berisi riwayat kelancaran kredit dan/atau pembiayaan seorang debitur. iDeb merupakan salah satu informasi yang penting dalam proses pemberian kredit atau pembiayaan.
Data dari iDeb tersebut, dapat digunakan oleh lembaga jasa keuangan bank maupun non-bank dalam mengambil keputusan pada proses pemberian kredit atau pembiayaan kepada debitur.
“Untuk menjawab tingginya permintaan iDeb oleh masyarakat, maka OJK telah mengembangkan aplikasi baru yang dinamakan sebagai iDebKu,” kata Dian.
Pengembangan aplikasi iDebKu ini sejalan dengan Destination Statement OJK Tahun 2022-2027, Arah Pengembangan Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan (AP SLIK) 2021-2025, dan merupakan bagian dari Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi (RBSI) tahun 2019-2022 dan juga RBSI tahun 2023-2027.
Sebelumnya, sistem informasi pertukaran informasi debitur dikelola oleh Bank Indonesia (BI) dengan nama Sistem Informasi Debitur (SID) atau dikenal dengan sebutan “BI Checking”. Dengan peralihan kewenangan pengawasan perbankan dari BI kepada OJK, maka SID digantikan dengan SLIK yang dikelola oleh OJK.
OJK telah memberikan layanan pemberian iDeb kepada masyarakat sejak tahun 2018 atau sejak SLIK beroperasi menggantikan SID BI. Semula, layanan ini dilaksanakan secara walk-in atau tatap muka, baik di Kantor Pusat OJK (Gerai SLIK Lantai 2 Menara Radius Prawiro) serta di KR/KOJK. Namun sejak pandemi, layanan tatap muka tidak dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19.
Selanjutnya agar pelayanan penyediaan iDeb kepada masyarakat tetap berjalan dengan optimal, layanan SLIK di Kantor Pusat dan KR/KOJK dilakukan secara daring (online), namun menggunakan mekanisme yang beragam dan tidak sama antara satu kantor dengan kantor lainnya.
Untuk itu, dikembangkanlah Aplikasi iDebKu yang merupakan aplikasi layanan pemberian informasi debitur kepada masyarakat yang dapat diakses secara daring dan luring melalui layanan walk-in, serta dapat dipergunakan oleh Kantor Pusat dan seluruh KR/KOJK. Layanan pemberian informasi debitur oleh OJK kepada masyarakat termasuk melalui aplikasi iDebKu ini gratis atau tidak dipungut biaya.
Aplikasi iDebKu dikembangkan sejalan dengan AP SLIK 2021-2025 yaitu untuk Peningkatan Kualitas SLIK kepada Masyarakat dengan beberapa keunggulan sebagai berikut:
Meningkatkan kualitas layanan pemberian informasi debitur kepada masyarakat secara cepat, mudah dan aman;
Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pemberian layanan informasi debitur bagi internal OJK dengan adanya integrasi dengan SLIK dan ke depannya akan terintegrasi dengan Dukcapil;
Meminimalkan potensi human error melalui otomasi proses layanan; dan
Menyediakan layanan informasi debitur kepada masyarakat secara terintegrasi antara Kantor Pusat, Kantor Regional dan Kantor OJK dalam satu aplikasi.
Ke depan, dengan adanya aplikasi iDebKu ini diharapkan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi debitur akan menjadi semakin mudah dan layanan informasi debitur oleh OJK dapat dilakukan secara terpadu dan terintegrasi antara Kantor Pusat dan KR/KOJK di dalam satu aplikasi.
Di samping itu, OJK akan terus meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitas pelayanan pemberian informasi debitur kepada masyarakat agar dapat semakin cepat, mudah dan aman.***
