Abad, metroalor.com- Jainul Lakapada, isteri dari Fatma Seran warga Desa Wolwal Barat (Wolbar), Kecamatan Alor Barat Daya, yang ditemui kediaman di Kampung Jalan Matap, pada 13/08/23 merasa kecewa dan tidak terima dengan tindakan pemerintah desa wolwal barat yang meminjam identitas pribadi (KTP), tanpa alasan peruntukan yang tidak jelas .
Ironisnya lagi Dana BKK sebesar Rp. 6 juta yang sudah terima isterinya dalam emplop warna putih, diminta kembali oleh pemerintah desa.
“Kepala Desa Nurdin Mabikafola dan warga insial RA datang kerumah bertemu istrinya minta KTP namun saat itu saya belum pulang kerja.ketika sampai rumah baru diceritakan istrinya bahwa nanti dikasih uang 500 ribu oleh kepdes dan RA. Dan saat itu secara spontan saya marah pada istrinya”, tutur Jainul.
Istri saya (Fatma Seran) salah satu penerima bantuan BKK tahun 2023, sesuai usulan Desa . Saat pembagian Dana tersebut tanggal 7 Agustus 2023 oleh Bupati, di kantor desa, istrinya ikut hadir dan terima bantuan tersebut bersama 26 orang penerima lainnya. uang tersebut sudah dimasukan dalam amplop putih,( belum tau jumlahnya) selanjutnya kami tanda tangan kwitansi tertera nilai Rp.7.405.000.kemudian istrinya serahkan uang kepada dirinya di halaman kantor desa Wolbar, terangnya.
Selanjutnya kami pulang dan simpan uang tersebut dalam kotak petik pada kamar tidur.
Selang beberapa jam, kata Jainul, yang saat ditemui media ini hadir juga, Ansorudin Songkai selaku tokoh masyarakat Desa Wolbar, Ketua PMKRI Cabang Alor, Marsel Rian Hemat,datang dua orang warga desa ke rumah minta uang itu atas perintah bapak desa. Setelah itu mereka kasi uang pada istrinya, dua kali, pertama 500 ribu kemudian 500 ribu lagi.
“saya dan istri tidak akan pakai uang satu juta ini. Anggap saja sebagai barang bukti jika terjadi dampak hukum”,tandasnya
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Alor Fraksi Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Iskandar Mabikafola, Selaku Tokoh Masyarakat Desa Wolbar, yang ditemui media di kediamannya di Matap, pada Minggu,13/08/23 mengatakan, kami telah mengetahui adanya cek-cok hingga pemberitaan media terkait penyaluran dana BKK di Desa ini.
Sebagai tokoh, kata Iskandar, telah mengundang pemerintah desa mulai dari Kepala Desa sampai RT/RW, hadir dirumahnya untuk mencari solusi dan beri klarifikasi kepada media, namun upayanya sia-sia, maka semua kejadian tidak diketahuinya. Tapi semuanya sudah aman.karena telah dilaksanakan rapat antara pihak desa dan para penerima di rumah Kepala Desa.
Sementara itu pengakuan dari salah satu warga, sudah ada kesepakatan untuk potong dana Rp.50.000, untuk konsumsi namun ada apa sehingga cuma di kasih enam juta lalu lebih diapakan,Bahkan uang yang diterima tidak sesuai dengan angka di kwitansi ditanda tangani, tanya warga.
Kepala Desa Wolbar, Nurdin Mabikafola, yang dihubungi awak media dengan berbagai upaya hingga saat ini belum ada tanggapan.Padahal Ketua Pijar telah menyampaikan kepada kepdes untuk klarifikasi berita pada metroalor.com (Wanka)
