Kalabahi,metroalor.com- Alor kenyang, Alor Pintar dan Alor sehat merupakan program Implementasi. Artinya program yang menyentuh langsung dengan kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat. Selama masa kepemimpinannya bersama wakil bupati bapak Imran Duru, S.Pd M.Pd, program tersebut akan tetap dijaga dan kembangkan.
Demikian diungkapkan bupati Alor, Drs. Amon Djobo, M.AP kepada wartawan di ruang kerjanya pada 31/1/23. Menurutnya, dibidang pendidikan, kesehatan ekonomi,( makan minum) tetap akan dijaga pemerintah. Masyarakat kita yang hidup di pedalaman kita akan tetap pantau dan arahkan agar anak- anak yang sudah usia sekolah harus disekolahkan ,baik di PAUD, SD , SMP dan SMA.
Selama kurang lebih 7- 8 tahun income per kapita setiap rumah tangga ada kenaikan demikian juga dengan IPM. Kenaikan income dan IPM tersebut di dorong oleh beberapa faktor pendukung lainnya. Antara lain, sektor pertanian, perkebunan, kehutanan , perikanan dan sektor jasa .
Kita harapkan sektor-sektor yang mendorong kenaikan IPM kita pertahankan.
” Memang masih ada kekurangan-kekurangan lain di beberapa tempat tapi itu merupakan hal biasa. Kita tidak bisa buat program-program besar yang tidak ada dampak ,tapi merencanakan program kecil namun ada dampak positif dan dinikmati langsung oleh masyarakat.Sekitar 58 persen kehidupan masyarakat di Alor masih sederhana, sehingga kita buat program yang punya dampak dan hasil kepada masyarakat “, tandas Djobo.
Walaupun kita bangun rumah sakit yang baik, lalu Pustu ditingkatkan menjadi puskesmas, bangunan sekolah yang mega, tapi tidak ada program-program yang mengintervensi semua kegiatan-kegiatan ,baik itu kesehatan, pendidikan dan ekonomi kerakyatan maka semua tidak akan berjalan. Dan kita harap ada keterlibatan masyarakat secara swadaya atau gotong- royong, untuk mendukung program tersebut, terang Djobo.
” Saya lihat di setiap desa dan kelurahan keterlibatan masyarakat langsung kepada program Alor kenyang, sehat dan pintar masih kurang. Oleh sebab itu perlu di dorong dan dimotivasi”, kata mantan camat Alor timur itu.
Bupati dua periode ini juga mengklarifikasi tentang Vidio yang lagi viral soal salah satu sekolah kelurahan kelaisi ,kecamatan Alor selatan. Dijelaskannya bahwa , apa yang ada dalam Vidio tersebut bukan hal yang luar biasa tapi hal yang biasa. Pasalnya, dalam Vidio yang terlihat anak- anak sekolah duduk diatas tikar untuk belajar itu bukan seperti itu. Artinya, ruangan itu memang tempat untuk bermain bagi anak-anak PAUD, bukan tempat belajar. Sekolah tersebut lanjut Djobo, punya enam ruang kelas yang semuanya terisi dengan bangku dan meja untuk belajar . Sementara yang ada Vidio tersebut adalah ruang bermain bagi anak- anak PAUD.
Dia juga sesali pada lurah tersebut, karena tidak mengkonfirmasi kepada pihak sekolah atau kepala desa setempat soal ruangan yang dipakai oleh anak- anak sekolah tersebut. Tapi langsung spontan sidak dan memvidiokan hal tersebut di media sosial.
Ditambahkannya , memilih pemimpinan bukan sekedar datang duduk ,dan menduduki jabatan pemimpin lama, tapi bagaimana cara mengevaluasi untuk melanjutkan program-program yang sudah di jalankan oleh pemimpin lama .
“Misalnya, program Alor kenyang, pintar dan sehat, kira-kira ada kurang dimana lalu diperbaiki oleh pemimpin baru untuk di lanjutkan, bukan dibiarkan . Karena semua untuk kepentingan masyarakat Alor”, ujarnya
Contoh lain ,kata Djobo, setelah dipilih oleh masyarakat Alor pada pilkada tahun 2014 silam, kami berusaha untuk melanjutkan program yang sudah ditinggalkan pemimpin lama. Antara lain, membuka ruas jalan Kalabahi -simpang mola dan selamat jalan, membangun kembali gedung darma wanita, kantor bank NTT dan lainnya. ***
