Tribur,metroalor.com-Penyidik Unit Tipikor Satreskrim Polres Alor, telah lakukan pemeriksaan proyek pembangunan gedung Kantor Camat Abad Selatandi desa Tribur yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Jaya Kontruksi Nasional, dengan sumber dana Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Alor, tahun anggaran 2022 sebesar Rp. 726.401.822,05, pada Rabu 10 Mei 2023.
Sebelumnya dua organisasi alor yakni Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Katolik Republik Indonesia (PMKRI) dan Alor Coruption Watch (ACW) melakukan investigasi lokasi sesuai rilis Media Kupang pekan lalu.
Seperti yang disaksikan wartawan metroalor.com, bahwa, pemeriksaan fisik bangunan tersebut disaksikan pula Kepala Bagian Umum Setda Alor, Deberina Lelang, SE, dan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) Ikoyapti Penaly dan Konsultan Pengawas Anderias Kolobani.
Seperti yang diketahui di lapangan progres banguan tersebut hingga kini belum selesai 100 persen, sehingga para tukang masih melanjutkan pekerjaan pengatapan yang tersisah.
Aitem Pemeriksaan mulai dari ketebalqn lantai kasar, ukuran seng, ukuran besi, ukuran campuran, kosen pintu jendela dan beberapa item pekerjaan lain yang belum di kerjakan.
Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) Ikoyapti Penaly, akrabnya Iko ketika ditemui media diruang kerjanya pada Kamis, (11/05) pagi mengatakan, masih ada pekerjaan lanjutannya, jadi item pekerjaan yang masih dikerjakan yakni, pekerjaan Pondasi, pasangan tembok, pekerjaan kusen, daun pintu jendela, pengatapan dan pelesteran tembok bagian luar.
Iko mengatakan pekerjaan ini berdasarkan kontrak NO.BU.600/PPK.107/2022 Tanggal 18 April 2022, dilakukan adendum sebanyak dua (2) kali yakni Pertama: Adendum I NO. BU.600/PPK.146.a/2022 Tanggal 20 Mei 2022. Kedua: Asendum II NO.BU.600/PPK.187.a/2022 Tanggal 13 Desember 2022 sampai 02 Februari 2023.
Iko menjelaskan Progres pekerjaan bangunan tersebut telah mencapai 97.71%, sedangkan sisa pekerjaan bangunan tersebut sementara dikerjakan seperti atap selasa antara gedung dan knopi, gantung daun pintu dan jendela, rabat lantau selasa sampai knopi, plesteran gedung bagian belakang.
Memang ada kendala dalam pekerjaan, kata Iko. Namun pasti dilanjutkan hingga selesai . “ini Kecamatan baru, dan juga pekerjaan pertama masuk di wilayah tersebut maka harus kerja sampai tuntas, ujar Iko.
Lanjut Iko, soal pembayaran atau pencairan keuangan itu dilakukan Per Desember 2022 sudah 80% atau Rp.726.401,822,- 80% = Rp. 581.121.458. Jadi sisa dana yang belum terbayar 20% senilai Rp. 145.280.364,untuk keterlanbatan pekerjaan dikenakan denda keterlambatan sesuai ketentuan, tambah Iko.
Konsultan Pengawas Anderias Kolobani atau biasa disapa Andi ketika dihubungi media pada Kamis (11/05/23 mengatakan, pekerjaan kantor tersebut dikerjakan secara bertahap.
“ada dua kali tahap pekerjaan yakni tahap pertama senilai Rp. 726.401.822, dan tahap kedua sementara di lelang di ULP dengan pagu anggaran 300 juta,
Menurut Andi, selama ini pekerjaan tidak mangkrak hanya saja lambat. Pasalnya, kuranya matrial dilokasi , apalagi kontraktor tersebut sebulan sekali baru muncul di lokasi pekerjaan. jelasnya.
” keterlambatan pekerjaan selama tiga bulan telah dikenakan denda dan kontraktor wajib untuk bayar”
Ia berharap siapapun kontraktor yang lanjutkan pekerjaan tahap dua, harus benar-benar fokus mengerjakan pekerjaan tersebut hingga tuntas agar masyarakat Kecamatan tersebut bisa menikmati hasil pekerjaan pertama kali masuk di Kecamatan Abad Selatan, tandas andi.(wanka)
