KALABAHI,metroalor.com- Penyidik pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri Alor menyita satu bidang tanah beserta bangunannya milik Tersangka AMCK , Bendahara Puskesmas Apui tahun 2023, dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) pada Puskesmas Apui Tahun Anggaran 2023.

Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Alor Devi Love M. Oktario Hutapea SH, MH, melalui Kasi Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Alor, Zakaria Sulistiono SH mengatakan, penyitaan ini dilakukan sejalan dengan arahan pimpinan Bahwa, penanganan perkara korupsi dapat mengoptimalisasikan pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara dengan cara melakukan penyitaan asset-aset tersangka tindak pidana korupsi, sebelum berkas perkara dinyatakan lengkap (P.21).
Menurut Kasi Intel Zakaria, perkara tersebut penyidikannya
dilakukan oleh Penyidik Kejaksaan, maupun Penyidikan yang dilakukan oleh Penyidik Polri, bahwa Terhadap harta benda milik tersangka yang merupakan hasil kejahatan agar dilakukan penyitaan, sedangkan harta benda milik tersangka yang didapat sebelum melakukan kejahatan dapat dilakuan pemblokiran, untuk nantinya digunakan sebagai pembayaran uang pengganti sesuai dengan ketentuan pasal 18 Undang-Undang Tipikor.
