Kalabahi , Ikatan mahasiswa pulau pantar (IMP2) minta kepada 30 anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah(DPRD) Alor untuk menggunakan hak politiknya untuk merekomendasikan kepada Bupati Alor agar segerah menon jobkan kepala dinas pendidikan kabupaten Alor.
Hal tersebut disampaikan dalam unjuk rasa damai IMP2 dalam pertemuan dengan wakil ketua DPRD Alor, Sulaiman singsh di ruang komisi kantor DPRD Alor pada 7/12/21.
Menurut ketua IMP2, Habibie Maley dan kordinator lapangan Charles D.Kaliwang bahwa sesuai informasi yang berkembang di media bahwa, pada tanggal 2 Desember telah terjadi penggeledahan di kantor dinas pendidikan oleh kejaksaan negeri Alor dan di temukan sejumlah amplop yang berisikan uang.Karena hal ini berkaitan dengan dugaan penyalahgunaan dana alokasi khusus (DAK) tahun anggaran 2019, yang dikelolah dinas pendidikan.
Maka dalam rangka mendorong tata kelolah pemerintahan yang baik transparan, dan bebas dari korupsi, kolusi dan neopitisme, maka IMP2 mendesak dan menuntut, bupati Alor segerah mencopot jabatan kepala dinas pendidikan Alor ,agar mempermuda pihak penegak hukum dalam hal ini kejari Alor dalam melaksanakan kerja-kerja penyidik dalam kasus kuat dugaan korupsi dana DAK tahun 2019.
Lalu kepada Bupati Alor dan kepala kejaksaan negeri Alor sesegarah mungkin memberikan klarifikasi dan kejelasan atas temuan stempel bupati Alor yang ditemukan di ruang bendahara untuk memberikan efek jerah kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat .Sebab sementara ini masyarakat sementara bertanya-tanya dari mana datang stempel tersebut.
Pada poin ke tiga pernyataan dan tuntutan IMP2 minta DPRD Alor sesegarah mendesak bupati Alor untuk mencopot kepala dinas pendidikan.
Dan IMP2 mendukung penuh pihak kejaksaan negeri Alor, dan mengutuk keras oknum-oknum yang mencoba menghalang-halangi pihak penegak hukum, Kajari Alor untuk mengusut tuntas kasus dugaan korupsi dana DAK.
Wakil ketua DPRD Alor, Sulaiman singsh dalam penjelasanya mengatakan, berterimakasih pada aktifis IMP2 yang telah datang menyuarakan aspirasinya.
Menurut politisi Partai Golkar ini bahwa, karena kasus ini sementara ditangani oleh pihak kejaksaan maka kita memberikan ruang untuk di proses dengan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.
” Yang jelas kita selalu kedepankan asas praduga tak bersalah karena proses ini belum ada keputusan tetap di pengadilan. Karena itu, mari kita berikan dukungan kepada kejaksaan untuk memprosesnya”, ujar Singsh.
Sedangkan untuk pencopotan kepala dinas pendidikan, kata Singsh, kewenangan tersebut ada di tangan bupati . Namun DPRD akan menerima aspirasi ini untuk di tindak lanjuti dalam agenda persidangan DPRD .
Sementara kepala seksi Intel kejaksaan negeri Alor, De Indra, SH saat menerima IMP2 di gerbang kantor kejaksaan mengatakan, semua masyarakat diminta bersabar karena masih dalam proses. Barang-barang temuan hasil penggeledahan pada Dinas pendidikan masih sementara di dalami. ” Teman-teman di minta bersabar kalau sudah habis pemeriksaan kami akan mempublikasi nya ” ujar Indra . ***
