Kalabahi,Aksi unjuk rasa damai dari Ikatan Mahasiswa Pulau Pantar (IMP2),untuk bertemu dan berdialog dengan bupati Alor Drs, Amon Djobo pada 7/12/21, akhirnya kandas .Pasalnya bupati tidak berada di tempat, sehingga diterima asisten satu Setda Alor, Fredi Lahal.
Kehadiran aliansi IMP2 dikantor bupati dengan maksud menyampaikan aspirasi untuk segerah menonjobkan kepala dinas pendidikan Alor karena diduga terlibat menyalah gunakan dana DAK 2019 yang sementara di usut olek kejaksaan negeri Alor.
Sebelum bertemu asisten satu para pendemo IMP2 sempat adu mulut dengan Pol PP, gara-gara Pol PP mencegat kendaraan pendemo, dan melarang para pendemo masuk digedung kantor bupati .
Namun ketegangan itu Setelah ditenangkan anggota polres yang mengawal pendemo, IMP2 kemudian dijinkan masuk dalam ruang untuk berdialog .
koordinator lapangan,Carles D Kaliwang , mengatakan kehadiran mereka di kantor bupati bukan melakukan aksi kriminal atau anarkis tapi menyampaikan aspirasi, karena itu harus dihormati dan dibrikan ruang bagi kami untuk menyampaikan aspirasi.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Asisten satu, Fredi Lahal,SH. mengatakan tidak ada seorangpun di Indonesia dan khususnya di Alor yang kebal hukum. Entah dia masyarakat atau pejabat.jadi siapapun yang bersalah dia harus bertanggung jawab atas perbuatanya. Maka, kasus dugaan korupsi dana DAK yang sementara ditangani Kejaksaan Negeri Alor, maka kita menunggu saja karena semua ini masih berproses.
Sedangkan tuntutan IMP2 untuk menonjobkan kepala dinas pendidikan, tentu semua melalui prosedur dan tahapannya.” Pemerintah tidak serta merta langsung menonjobkan pejabat dalam lingkup pemerintahan ini , apalagi proses hukum masih pada tahap asas praduga tak bersalah . Maka kita diserahkan saja persoalan ini pada Kejari untuk di proses sesuai hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.
Sementara untuk Cap Bupati yang ditemukan pada saat penggeledahan di kantor dinas pendidikan, kata mantan camat teluk mutiara bahwa,
Cap bupati tidak pernah di kasih ke dinas atau OPD manapun atau kepada orang perorangan,namun untuk kepentingan Organisasi pemerintah daerah(OPD) dapat diberikan untuk kelancaran pemerintahan.(wanka)
