Proyek TPA Lembur T.A 2021 Belum Kelar.PPK Minta Bantu Doa.

Lembur –metroalor.com, Proyek pembangunan tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) Lembur, di desa lembur kecamatan lembur,dari kementerian pekerjaan umum perumahan rakyat Republik Indonesia, melalui  unit kerja pelaksana prasarana pemukiman II NTT, belum tuntas .
Padahal proyek yang dikerjakan oleh PT Araya Flobara Perkasa (AFP) dengan nilai sekitar 15 Milyar sudah habis masa kontrak pada Desember 2021. Pantauan media ini dilokasi  proyek yang dibangun ditanah pemerintah daerah kabupaten Alor di desa lembur, terlihat ada beberapa aitem pekerjaan yang belum kelar . Antara lain; satu gedung baru mulai dikerjakan( baru cor tiang)  sedangkan dua lainya, diperkirakan  progres fisiknya telah mencapai  80- 90 persen ditambah dengan pos jaga,  tinggal finising saja. Kemudian empat unit bak resapan masih dalam tahap pekerjaan  dan belum pembersihan lokasi.  Ironisnya lagi ,ada beberapa aitem pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan, tapi rusak lagi. antara lain, jalan aspal  hotmix yang melingkar dibak induk kembali  retak, diguga pemadatan yang belum maksimal. Selain itu  terjadi lubang-lubang ditembok penahan  dalam lokasi proyek itu.
Aktifitas pekerjaan dilokasi nyaris tidak terlihat. Hanya ada beberapa pekerja  yang sementara mengerjakan proyek yang bersumber dari anggaran pendapatan belanja negara (APBN) tersebut. Menurut salah satu warga lembur, Yafet Famai  kepada media ini mengatakan, para pekerja(tukang) sudah pulang pada bulan Desember 2021 lalu, sementara yang lanjutkan pekerjaan saat ini diduga sopir dan konjak dari kontraktor.  “Kami sudah tidak lihat lagi pengawas dilapangan, yang ada hanya para pekerja saja “, ujar Yafet
Proyek yang pernah dirilis media bahwa, diduga menggunakan   material hasil galian dilokasi proyek, yang merupakan tanah pemerintah daerah itu diperkirakan masih terus berlangsung karena curah  hujan yang masih tinggi.
Sebab aitem pekerjaan pengecoran bak resapan yang terdiri dari bak induk dengan ukuran sekitar 100 meter dan empat bak lain dengan ukuran lebih kecil,(lebih-kurang 60x 40cm) belum bisa dikerjakan karena  curah hujan yang masih tinggi. Apalagi, akibat   hujan terjadi lagi  banjir dan erosi tanah yang masuk dalam bak resapan tersebut,sehingga harus dilakukan pembersihan ulang.
” Kaka sepertinya proyek ini masih butuh waktu lama baru selesai. Ko hujan begini,  mau kerja bagaimana, terus jumlah pekerja yang minim bisa – bisa Maret – April baru habis” sebut Yafet .
Yang jadi pertanyaan, apakah proyek tersebut sudah diserah terimahkan pertama(PHO) atau belum, lalu pembayarannya apakah dibayar sesuai progres fisik atau dananya masih di blokir pemerintah propinsi? 
Sementara itu,pejabat pembuat komitmen(PPK) proyek TPA Lembur, Thini Tauselak, yang dikonfirmasi melalui pesan singkatnya mengatakan,jika ada aitem pekerjaan yang sudah rusak tentu akan diperbaiki lagi,  karena masih dalam masa pemeliharaan. Ia juga minta bantu doa supaya pekerjaan bisa selesai agar bisa dimanfaatkan.”Bapa bantu doa biar pekerjaan bisa selesai sehingga bisa dimanfaatkan”, tandas Thini.
Sebelumnya pada  tanggal 20 Desember 2021 lalu , Thini melalui pesan singkatnya menyebut pekerjaan sudah mencapai 91 persen. Ketika disinggung soal pembayarannya, Ia mengatakan,akan dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan  sampai akhir tahun . ” Nanti kita liat sampai batas akhir pembayaran akhir tahun sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku” tandas Thini.
Sementara pihak PT Araya  Flobamora Perkasa, yang dikonfirmasi melalui pesan singkat Watsaap, belum memberikan respon.
Sangat disayangkan jika proyek dari pemerintah pusat ini tidak selesai. Karena anggaran dari APBN sulit jika dialokasikan ulang untuk lanjutkan proyek tersebut,jika kontraktornya di-PHK, kata salah satu kontraktor lokal di Alor .  ***
