Antara lain;
Kampung Mausamang desa Mausamang kecamatan Alor Timur, dicanangkan pada Juni 2015, kampung Maukuru desa Maukuru Kecamatan Alor Timur, pada november 2017, kampung Naumang desa Kolana Selatan Kecamatan Alor Timur, pada November 2018, kampung Bampalola, desa Bampalola Kecamatan Alor Barat Laut, pada September 2016, kampung Pulau buaya desa pulau buaya kecamatan Alor Barat Laut, pada September 2017, kampung Air kenari desa Air Kenari kecamatan Teluk Mutiara, pada September 2017,
kampung probur desa probur kecamatan Alor Barat Daya, Agustus 2017, kampung wakapsir desa wakapsir dan beberapa desa di masing- masing kecamatan.
Demikian disampaikan Kepala Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana(PPKB) Kabupaten Alor, Syafruddin A.I.Djawa SH melalui Kepala Bidang (Kabid) keluarga berencana Muhammad J. Koteng SKM kepada wartawan di ruang kerjanya pada Selasa 12/10/21.
Menurut Koteng, ada beberapa kriteria agar bisa ditetapkan menjadi sebuah kampung berkualitas (KB) antara lain, daerah sulit dijangkau, cakupan programnya kecil, program Keluarga berencana rendah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi rendah.
“Dari 43 kampung tersebut mulai berkembang secara pesat setelah ditetapkan menjadi kampung Berkualitas” ungkap Koteng.
Sebelumnya masyarakat tidak tertarik dengan program keluarga berencana, namun kini sudah menyadari pentingnya berKB . ” Misalnya dulu, mereka hanya pakai pil dan suntik KB, sekarang gunakan alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang yakni, ayudi dan implen. tujuannya untuk mengatur jarak melahirkan agar ibu dan anak tetap sehat,bukan membatasi kelahiran ” jelasnya
Program Kampung berkualitas ini sudah berjalan sejak tahun 2016 hingga saat ini ,tambah Koteng. (nikobekamau)
