Kalabahi,metroalor.com Pejabat pembuat komitmen(PPK) dari balai prasarana permukiman wilayah NTT, kantor kementerian pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat, diminta segerah mengklarifikasi dan memberikan data progres fisik terkait dengan pembangunan 26 paket sekolah yang tersebar di wilayah kabupaten Alor.
Demikian ungkapkan kepala dinas pendidikan kabupaten Alor, Fredi I.Lahal, SH, ketika ditemui media ini diruang kerjanya pada jumad 16/9/22. Menurut Edi demikian sapaan Fredi, bahwa, ada banyak laporan dari pihak kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, pendukung sekolah dan media yang datang di kantor untuk bertanya soal mandeknya sejumlah pembangunan sekolah di Alor. Antara lain SD Inpres Dulolong, SD N.Jirtak, SD Inpres Laton, SD N.Bur-Al, SD N.Probur II, SMP N.Hopter . Sementara kami dari dinas pendidikan tidak punya data sama sekali. Kalau ada, kata Edi, kami bisa menjawab dan jelaskan soal kendala-kendala yang terjadi dilapangan.
Kadis Edi berharap sisah waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan, kurang lebih tiga bulan ini pihak ketiga bisa selesaikan agar bisa ada asas manfaatnya. Karena, sebentar lagi sudah musim hujan . Selain itu, Ia merasa bersyukur, karena pendukung sekolah(orang tua murid) selalu berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga bisa membangun rumah darurat untuk kegiatan belajar.
” Saya sudah minta pada sekretaris untuk menghubungi pihak PPK untuk turun ke Alor bertemu kami(diknas Alor) serta membawa data.karena orang tua ,kepala sekolah dan komite ,mereka tidak akan bertanya pada PPK atau dinas pekerjaan umum di Kupang soal pekerjaan sekolah tersebut tapi mereka akan tanya pada dinas pendidikan di Alor “, terang Edi.
Sementara Sekretaris diknas,Anton Makoni mengatakan sesuai arahan kadis kami sudah menghubungi PPK. Sehingga dalam waktu dekat PPK akan datang untuk klarifikasi. Menurut mantan sekretaris dinas pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat kabupaten Alor itu bahwa, PPK dua paket proyek yakni, Rehabilitasi dan renovasi prasarana sekolah pasca bencana provinsi NTT II dan rehabilitasi dan renovasi prasarana sekolah provinsi NTT IV adalah Pak Eko.
“Ada laporan masuk di diknas maka Pak segerah datang ke Alor agar kita sampaikan klarifikasi bersama. Karena Kepala sekolah, pendukung sekolah, komite sekolah dan wartawan ada datang tanya, Jangan sampe kami yang bicara salah”, terang Makoni saat berbicara dengan PPK Eko.
Menurut PPK, kata Makoni, belum ada PHK kepada pihak PT Tri Karya Marada.sehingga PPK berjanji akan segerah turun ke Alor. Ketika disinggung kapan menghubungi PPK ,mantan sekretaris PU Alor mengatakan, baru kemarin 15/9/23.
Makoni juga mengakui ,ada sejumlah bangunan gedung lama yang sudah dibongkar rata tanah, tapi pembangunan baru belum jalan. Misalnya SD N . Halerman II tujuh ruang belajar sudah dibongkar rata tana,sementara anak- anak s kolah melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar digedung darurat. Sebab, gedung baru yang dikerjakan oleh perusahan dari kupang belum kelar .
Sementara dari informasi yang dihimpun metro Alor, PPK EKo yang mengaku pada media pada 13/9/22 bukan PPK sarana sekolah bersama Tim dari balai prasarana pemukiman wilayah II propinsi NTT sudah ada di kabupaten Alor untuk melihat kondisi lapangan pekerjaan dari beberapa sekolah yang dibangun oleh PT Araya Flobamora perkasa dan PT Tri karya Maradda. ***
