Ketua DPD Agustina Rosphita, S. Gz. MM, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan selamat dan sukses atas terselenggaranya Musyawara Cabang (Muscab) dan pengurus baru yang telah terpilih pada tahun 2023 ini.
Menurut Rosphita, dimasa kepemimpinan sebelumnya
Yohanes Arakian, SKM., periode 2012-2022, telah menjalankan organisasi profesi ini baik dan solid antara pengurus dan anggotanya.
“Stunting jadi isu strategis untuk itu kita harus terus berjuang menekan angka stunting hingga pada angka zero.
Visi Persagi NTT yaitu persagi NTT bangkit sebagai mitra pemerintah dalam menciptakan generasi yang sehat dan bebas dsri masalah gizi”, tandas Rospita.
Rosphita menerangkan, jangan kecewa ketika tidak ada pemeritah yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini, tetapi mari kita membangun kolaborasi dan koodinasi kembali sebagai bagian dari lingkaran pemerintah setempat berjuang bersama menekan persoalan gizi di kabupaten alor.
Lanjut Rosphita, misi kita yaitu bagaimana mensejaterahkan anggota, dimintakan kepada semua pengurus wajib hukumnya mejalani misi ini., meningkatkan profesionalisme ahli gizi jadi seorang ahli gizi harus tampil Percaya Diri dalam melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di bidang gizi. Selain itu, membangun kerjasama dengan pemerintah maupun swasta untuk jadikan masyarakat NTT, khususnya Alor dapat memahami, menyadari dan melaksakan pola makan berbasis gizi seimbang di tingkat keluarga. ujar ketua DPD Persagi NTT.
Dengan demikian pengurus Persagi Alor dapat mendorong peran aktif anggotanya menjalani tugas profesi yang berinovasi dan mencari strategis-strategis baru.Persoalan baru dapat diatasi dengan baik maka dibutuhkan pendamping untuk berkerja secara fokus dan tepat sasaran mengatasi persoalan gizi, jelasnya.
Tanggung jawab kita (persagi red ) dapat menolong masyarakat alor dilayani secara khusus dan jangan di abaikan. Dalam Pelpres 72 yaitu, remaja atau calon pengantin harus dijamin, serta ibu hamil dan menyusui dapat di perhatikan dengan baik antara lain, pola asuhnya pada anak berusi 0 sampe 7 bulan, terang Roshpita.
“Karena itu moment pelantikan pengurus baru ini dijadikan motovasi kedepan untuk meningkatkan promosi dan edukasi serta pendampingan yang baik dengan stategis membantu masyarakat mengkonsumsi makan gizi seimbang terutama bahan lokal yang berprotein”, ujarnya
Dia berharap Lilolimba Bendelina Lalangpuling sebagai ketua DPC Persagi Alor, dan para ahli gizi NTT yang ada di propinsi dan kabupaten kota khususnya, kabupaten alor bekerjan lebih baik lagi kedepan untuk bersama-sama membangun gizi menuju bangsa sehat dengan motto, bersama-sama kerja, kerja bersama-sama, kompak dan mendukung adanya kepercayaan serta saling berkomunikasi baik dalam organisasi. Selain itu, pengurus baru ini segerah menyiapkan program kerja dan melanjutkan pekerjaan rumah yakni, menekan angka stungting di alor dua dijid menjadi angka zero, sebut Rospita.
Sementara Ketua DPC Persagi Kabupaten Alor, periode 2012-2022, Yohanes Arakian, SKM., mengatakan, pelaksanaan tugas yang akan dilaksanakan antara lain, penyempurnaan tugas bagi pengurus baru pada bidang organisasi kemasyarakatan, bidang pendidikan,pelatihan dan kopetensi, bidang kimia dan publikasi, bidang gizi masyarakat yang berimbang.
Jumlah Persagi Kabupaten Alor sebanyak 139 orang anggota dan semua anggota diberikan kartu tanda anggota atau id card selama jam kerja baik siang atau malam. Anggota Persagi Alor , 38 orang sudah menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan P3K 12 orang, Honor Daerah 69 orang, Tenaga Sukarela 20 orang.
Anggota Persagi Alor tersebar di Puskesmas, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kalabahi, Rumah Sakit Bergerak (RSB) Mola, RSB Pailawang, dan Dinas Kesehatan.
Dalam Sambutannya ketua terpilih DPC Kabupaten Alor Lilolimba Bendelina Lalangpuling, SKM., sapaan akrapnya ibu Lili, mengatakan, organisasi persagi kabupaten alor hadir bersama melakukan aktifitas untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan yang diharapakan kita bersama.
Perlu diketahui , Persagi Alor dibentuk pada tahun 2012, dan baru satu kali pergantian pengurus.
Upaya perbaikan gizi akan terus dilakukan mulai bayi dalam kandungan , lanjut usia, dan pada kelompok rawan yakni bayi balita, remaja perempuan, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui, terang Lili.
Menurut data hasil E-PPGBM (Elektronik-Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Gizi Berbasis Masyarakat) tahun 2022, Propinsi NTT dalam Reparisi Stunting sebanyak 20,9%., sedangkan Wahbin atau Balita gizi buruk,balita kurus sebanyak 37.372 anak atau sebanyak 8,5%., perlu mendapatkan perhatian.
Sementara Untuk Kabupaten Alor, berdasarkan E-PPGBM melaluai operasi timbang pada Februari 2023, adanya penurunan angka stunting yaitu 11,1% dan lasting 11,4%, tandas Lili.
Persoalan gizi bagi masyarakat kabupaten alor dapat ditangani secara bersama-sama dan perlu kolaborasi secara komprensif dengan organisasi profesi lainnya yang dikenal sebagai Interprofesional Kolaborasi.
Untuk memperkuat Organisasi, harus lebih meningkatkan kepedulian dan kesadaran sebagai anggota persagi alor untuk mengembangkan kemampuan profesional yang kita miliki untuk mewujudkan kwalitas diri sehat bagi setiap manusia.
