Rencana 13 Desa Akan Dimekarkan.

Sedikitnya tiga belas Desa di kabupaten Alor siap untuk di Mekarkan dari desa dan lurah induknya.
Demikian disampaikan kepala dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan Desa(PMD) Kabupaten Alor Drs. Imanuel Djobo M.Si dalam rapat kerja bersama Badan perbatasan kabupaten Alor pada 3/11/21, diaula Dinas PMD.
Pertemuan yang dihadiri kepala badan perbatasan Alor, Yani Mapulo, ST itu , untuk membentuk tim survei persipan pemekaran Desa-desa yang ada dibeberapa kecamatan, dipulau Nusa kenari ini.
Djobo menjelaskan, tim tekis yang dibentuk pada hari ini tujuannya untuk melakukan survei titik batas wilayah untuk pemekaran tersebut. Menurut Djobo, ada sekitar tiga belas Desa yang rencananya akan dimekarkan pada tahun 2021ini. Namun semua harus melalui tahapan dan proses.
Rencana pemekaran desa yakni, untuk kecamatan teluk mutiara, kelurahan Kalabahi tengah akan dimekar lagi, calon desa persiapan Tombang, kelurahan Kalabahi barat calon desa persiapan bolelang.
Sementara untuk kelurahan welai Timur desa persiapan mola.
Kemudian kecamatan Alor barat laut(Abal) Kelurahan Adang, desa persiapan Adang seydon dan Desa Aimoli desa persiapan Aimoli barat.Sementata untuk kecamatan Alor tengah Utara( ATU), Desa alimebung, rencana dimekar, desa persiapan mebung, desa Lembur barat, persiapan desa talim dan desa welai selatan, persiapan desa likutau. kecamatan kabola , Kelurahan kabola persiapan desa maileheng,wolatang dan desa lawahing, persiapan desa lawahing barat.
Dan yang terakhir, kecamatan Lembur ,desa Lembur timur calon desa persiapan baumi, urai Djobo. ( Nikobekamau)
